How is the shipment made?

Where is my order?
As soon as the delivery agency you have chosen receives your package, you will receive an email with the shipping number of your order, as well as a link to track your order. You can contact us through our e-mail address help@camaloon.com  

I want an invoice for my order
To get an invoice for your order you should:
  • Log in to your account
  • Enter your fiscal data in the section "billing data".
  • Download the invoice in the "orders" section. 
How to receive the money for a refund
The refund of your payment depends on the payment method you have chosen:
  • Credit or debit card: you will receive a credit to the account associated with your card, which you can check on your card statement.
  • Paypal: you will receive a credit to your PayPal account.
  • Bank transfer: you will receive a credit directly to your bank account.
Depending on the payment method used, the refund may take up to 10 days.

How can I pay for my order?
The payment of your orders is simple, fast, and secure way. The payment of the orders placed can be made in different ways:
  • Payment with VISA, MasterCard VISA Electron, or Maestro: Select the payment method "Credit Card" and enter the data in the corresponding fields that appear on the purchase page. After receiving the confirmation from the payment platform the order is processed.  
  • Payment by PayPal: Select the payment method "PayPal" and enter your account information on the PayPal page. After receiving the confirmation from PayPal, the order is processed.
